I regularly buy your Cape Byron Ultimate Coffee and Cape Byron Spring Water. I don't buy them because they're local, I buy the coffee because it is great tasting and it's pesticide/gm free. The spring water is good because it has no taste or after taste as water should be and it is bottled at the source, in a plant that adheres to ABWI guidelines. I found this information on your internet pages and will keep buying Cape Byron. Just thought I would let you know all this so you keep providing the great products. Regards

I had a play with the machine last night and found somewhere from 10 to 12 is good, need to play with it and tamper pressure a bit more to find the best position. It is a major improvement from my previous Delonghi bur grinder and i was instantly pouring better shots

I have had several cups of delicious coffee offered to us at the Fraud Squad. The double roast, blend and grind of the beans certainly make for a satisfying day. Even after a couple of hours sitting in the perculator, the coffee is still tasty and enjoyable. The absence of bitterness and heavy strength is a great quality that captures this coffee. I hear it is home grown here in Australia, if so that beats the beans sold at supermarket stores and cafeterias. It is not easy to find a double roast bean that can maintain its quality after perculating, but this one certainly does. I hope you make good success with this product around Australia. Don't hesitate to mention on the packet, the words, 'Double roast sweet coffee', because that is what it is. I look forward to having many more cups of this coffee at Work.

Tom and I are really happy with the Rancilio coffee machine and the standard of my coffee making is constantly improving. When we spoke on the phone I was having difficulty with the milk frothing and it was because I had started using a local unpasteurised milk. I was used to frothing milk but changed milk and machine at the same time so I didn't immediately pick up what the problem was. There are still some cups of coffee that I throw away but generally my coffee making results are fantastic.

Thank you for your excellent and immediate service in replacing the two damaged items. We are most pleased with the purchase.
